What's AEO?
Answer engine optimisation. More people now ask AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Grok, Meta AI and Muse for recommendations. AEO helps those assistants understand your business, so they suggest you.
How is that different from SEO?
SEO, or search engine optimisation, helps you rank on Google and Google Maps. AEO helps you appear in AI answers. They work together, and every website I build is set up for both.
How are the other services priced?
Every price is on the services page. Tick what you want and the total adds up as you go, then pay online, or send a request first. Photo and video and custom AI work are quoted on a call.
Where does my ad spend go?
Straight to Google, Meta or OpenAI, on your own card. The monthly fee pays for me to set up, run and improve the ads. Nothing is marked up.
Do I own my ad accounts?
Yes. Your ad accounts, your audiences and your data stay yours, whether we keep working together or not.
What are ChatGPT Ads?
Ads shown inside ChatGPT answers, open to UK businesses since mid 2026. They're new, so I'd start with a small budget alongside Google, and see what they bring before spending more.
Do I own the automations?
Yes. The automations, chat and receptionist set up for you are yours, not rented back to you. Where one runs on a third-party tool, like a phone or calendar service, that tool has its own fee and I'll name it before you buy.
